Dear Craig,

When I'm book-hunting, I usually use www.bookfinder.com and throw in
www.addall.com, EBay and www.allbookstores.com for good measure.  I see
sets which include volume 5 for sale, but no one selling just volume 5.
Here is a relatively inexpensive set, if you don't mind acquiring
duplicates of volumes 1-4:

If that's not an attractive option, your best bet is probably to check
with a good local bookseller to see if they can track down a copy for
you.
