I am not aware of any index or database.  I would suggest looking at
contemporary newspapers for the town of departure and the town of arrival
(Philadelphia?) for a month or so on each side of travel.  They usually
contain ship names, destination port and/or departure port.  If you can find
one or more likely ship names you might check with the Mariner's Museum or
Mystic to see if by chance they have logs or passenger manifests for those
particular ships.  It would be a long shot, though.
