Can anyone provide information about a place called College Camp?

According to his account book, Francis Taylor loaned Lt. John Worsham money
on 15 Dec 1776 at College Camp and again on the 20th of Dec at Maupins.
Francis Taylor (of Orange) was at that time serving as a captain in the 2nd
Virginia Regiment of Foot. I think that they were in Virginia at the time.
They were in Williamsburg on the 18th of January 1777.
