Janet:

When I was in Winchester last October, I saw HFB riding in his limo about three
blocks from his house. He looked very frail, but quite alive.

I'm sure my friends in Winchester would have sent me his obit if he died since
then.

Hope this helps.

Peter

Subject: Harry Flood Byrd, Junior -- Still Living?

Hello Everyone,

A Byrd researcher said she believed that former Senator Harry Flood Byrd,
Junior had died, but I have not been able to find any biographies or obituaries
that indicate he has passed away (and I'm pretty sure that someone would have
edited expeditiously his one on Wikipedia if he had -- smile and sigh).

Can someone confirm that he is still living for me.

Thanks.

Janet (Baugh) Hunter.
