Wanted to add that some have listed our Capt. Charles Wills as a ships
captain which I have found no evidence of. 

There was a Capt. Charles Wills who was a ships captain but lived in
Baltimore and was alive long after our Capt. Wills died in 1820.

Believe people got them mixed up because of Norfolk call of port
sometimes listed in Richmond newspapers?
