The history of any people is written in blood. Europeans certainly  
have lots to ask forgiveness for. But neither were the American  
Indians angels. One must also keep in mind that behavior that was  
perfectly acceptable at one time and place is not acceptable today or  
in another time and place. Different strokes for different folks. O  
tempores, O mores. This is getting a bit silly....
