I believe the 1841 one is his son also named Charles Wills who was the Henrico Court Clerk for a while prior to his death in 1839.

I know you said the estate was probated and it is listed in Henrico County
WB5:455 and this is 1821. Did you also have the account listed in 1841 WB10:564?
