The next program in the Virginia Heritage Resource Center's Mining the
Treasure House Lecture Series will take place at noon on Tuesday, 20
February 2001, in the conference rooms adjacent to the lobby of the Library
of Virginia at 800 East Broad Street in downtown Richmond.

The speaker will be Charlene McCargo Bah, a genealogist who has researched
in Virginia records for more than eighteen years. Her talk will be entited,
"Using the Library of Virginia to Locate Surname Changes in Your Ancestors:
An African American Family Case Study."
