What happens if Global cooling causes an iceberg or a glacier to cover
Jamestown? 
The earth has cycles, caused as much by sunspots; wobble of the earth's
rotation and the tilt of the planet. If you want to complain, move on down
here to the swamps and marshland of the Gulf Coast of Texas, Louisiana,
Mississippi, Alabama, and Florida. 
If Jamestown floats to NC, then they will have another tourist trap for
people from my side of the country to visit.
