At a talk at LVA on Friday, Minor Weisiger said he thinks the  records for 
Shockoe and other city-run cemeteries have been consolidated at  Oakwood 
Cemetery. He could tell you better. I'd send you his email address but  the staff 
locator online won't work for me at home for some reason.
