Could be but doubtful unless on travels?  I know his son the Henrico
Clerk died in West Virginia area while traveling in 1839.

I also know that I haven't seen his wife's death listed either in a
Richmond paper (or found a marriage record either) but she shows up in a
New York newspaper saying she died in Richmond 1826.  Odd.

Here is an outside the box thought. Maybe he didnt' die in Virginia at
all.
