Not sure if this is totally an African American museum, but there is a 
"Miles Carpenter Center" in Waverly, VA that is doing a Black History Month 
exhibit including a folk carving of Bojangles. A local educator, Thelma 
Wyatt, will be doing the presentation. Big story on the Second Front of The 
Monitor, the Dinwiddie weekly newspaper.
