Sale of Property: 29 Aug 1767, 2 Sep 1767
Tract containing 700 acres
Lying on the north side of the Blue Ridge, Frederick County, Virginia
Adjoining the survey maed by Edward SNICKERS, line of George Wm. FAIRFAX,  
line of Colone Mann PAGE, corner of Lord Thomas FAIRFAX.
It being the same property granted to hime by lord Thomas FAIRFAX on 10 Oct 
 1763.
