The Virginia Geographical Name Information System has the complete
listing of USGS terms. Nothing for Runion, but for Mill Branch in
Montgomery or Wythe there are the following:

The quadrangle sheet is the last item named on each line and the
numbers are lat/long if I remember correctly.
