Thursday, November 20, 2008, 6:00 pm

The Library of Virginia

You are most humbly invited to hear Mr. Jefferson speak on Thursday,
20th of November 2008 at 6 in the evening here in the capital city of
Richmond at the Library of Virginia. Mr. Jefferson will address
gentlemen and ladies on his Notes on the State of Virginia and the work
by his father, Mr. Peter Jefferson, and Mr. Joshua Fry on the
Fry-Jefferson map of Virginia, commissioned in 1750 by the Board of
Trade and Plantations in England. Mr. Jefferson will be pleased to
entertain any inquiries citizens from far and wide may have if they are
kind enough to favor him with their company.

Bill Barker of the Colonial Williamsburg Foundation will portray Thomas
Jefferson at the Library of Virginia in Richmond in connection with the
exhibition From Williamsburg to Wills's Creek: The Fry-Jefferson Map of
Virginia that will be on display through December 20, 2008. Barker has
performed as Jefferson throughout the United States, Great Britain, and
France, as well as at the White House. In addition, he has been featured
in magazines such as Time, People, Southern Living, and Reader's Digest.
Barker has appeared as Jefferson in television programs, and has been
cast as Jefferson in many productions, including the musical 1776.

For those ladies and gentlemen who desire to speak with Mr. Jefferson,
no ready money or credit is needed. The program is free and parking is
available underneath the Library. The Library of Virginia is located at
800 East Broad Street, Richmond, Virginia. For directions or further
