During her "captivity" Rolfe was instrumental in teaching her about 
Christianity as he knew it from his own tradition, i.e., C of E.  

I expect her baptism was a traditional Anglican baptism for that time as 
well.

Flowers?  Certain flowers and herbs were traditionally associated with 
weddings, but as to their availability in seventeenth Virginia tidewater, I will 
gladly defer to a botanical historian.
