Plecker is all the more scary because he was the governmental face of  
institutionalized Jim Crow racism. What a gang of idiots did outside  
of "guvmint" mattered one whale of a lot less than what one nasty  
little bugger did inside it. After all, when you take him on, you  
take on the might majesty power and dominion of the "guvmint" and  
that is not a small undertaking. That's why he's the head in that  
branch of the demonic pantheon.

Abuses like that are why Americans today are less than willing to be  
in databases. After all, Adolf started the same way with his Jew  
Hunters, combing the records and look where that ended up.
