Aren't there survey maps of Henrico. You would have had land maps
delineating property lines. How ABOUT CHECKING WITH THE COUNTY OR SOME Land
TITLE COMPANIES. Was this an area for land grants from the Rev War or from
the crown, the previous sovereign owners?

Subject: Shed Town

Does anyone know if ANYONE has ever written anything about the Shed Town
area of then Henrico County - the eastern part of Church Hill north area
of Richmond? Some documents state our house as being either in or on
the border of Shed Town but in Church Hill ... 27th Street, while others
say the border started at 25th Street.

Was wondering about the landscape especially around the 1800-1820 era.
Any paintings or photos in later years? Thanks!

Eric
