Did you know that African Americans made up 10% of the entire Union Army during the Civil War?  Come listen to Hari Jones discuss who these men were and why they fought and died for their freedom.
Hari Jones is the Assistant Director & Curator of the African American Civil War Memorial Freedom Foundation & Museum.  He has appeared on The History Channel, C-Span, and "Who Do You Think You Are?" on NBC.  For "Who Do You Think You Are?" Mr. Jones assisted Vanessa Williams in her genealogy.
