About a month ago my office at the Patrick Henry Memorial Foundation
received a letter from the state agency that administers monies budgeted
by the General Assembly for non-state museums and the like. Those grants
are being cut by 5% (in our case both amounts are pretty small) from
two-thousand five-hundred to two-thousand three-hundred seventy-five.
