Subject: [VA-HIST] Massive Resistance in Norfolk

The Norfolk Virginian-Pilot is running a six-part series this week on
Massive Resistance and the closing of public schools in Norfolk. This
autumn is the 50th anniversary of that crisis.

Three of the six articles have been posted on its Web site, and the
remaining three are promised for Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
