Subject: Armitage's Williamsburg "Ladies of Pleasure" ?

In an endnote on page 225 of his book _The First Emancipator: The
Forgotten Story of Robert Carter, the Founding Father Who Freed His
Slaves_ (New York, 2005), Andrew Levy cited the following title:

Armitage's Impartial List of the Ladies of Pleasure of Williamsburg,
with a Preface by a Celebrated Wit (Williamsburg, 1775).

Last night I did on-line title/subject searches in several major
libraries (Lib of Congress, Lib of VA, VCU, UVA, Va Hist Soc, Colonial
Williamsburg and W&M) - all of which came up NEGATIVE - as did on-line
searches of the Evans Bibliography of early American imprints and the
Virginia Gazette index on the CW Rockefeller Library website.

Is anyone familiar with this title?
