I remembered that I had put the MAS Excel file into FileMaker. A search for kitchens shows that of 30658 policies, 10930 underwrote kitchens. Some were single structures, but most were as part of a larger set of buildings. The most common appears to be a dwelling and a kitchen.

I have the Mary Washington Excel set that I have regularized by correcting their transliteration effort. Unfortunately, they did not put in individual structure values but rather aggregates so you would need to go to the policy copies for that info.
