Please confine discussions on this list to topics in Virginia history.
Ranging farther afield to discuss current public morality or bringing in
current politics serves only to annoy people of differing opinions. Let's
not do that.

Persons interested in the subject of academic plagarism may wish to consult
the on-line H-Net archive of H-SHEAR, the discussion list for early national
period American history. Last week there was a very lively and interesting
and well-informed discussion of that topic and related issues.
