In March of 2001, if I recall correctly, there was notice of the incipient
hard copy publication of an edited and indexed version of the Southam Parish
Vestry Book, Powhatan County (beginning as St. James Southam, Goochland south
of the James, then Cumberland 1748-1777, Powhatan thereafter). On inquiry, I
was advised by the identified editor that the publication date was unsettled,
but was no more than a matter of months away. No updates or announcements
noticed since. The editor does not respond to e-mail query. Where does the
matter stand?
