Can someone help me with the origination of a quote that goes something
like:
Democracy ends when the people realize they can vote themselves all the money
I remember reading it in book about the origins of the constitution and now
can't find the book or remember the title, or the person quoted.
Old is not good for the memory.
Harris Kern
