The image that comes up is for LOTW #3462 for 250 acres to Thomas Hart.

LOTW's were assignable. Frequently you will find one let's say for 500 
acres that was "sold off" by the owner of the warrant to various 
individuals for example 85 acres to T Smith, 45 acres to J Jones and 270 
acres to B Brown. The assignments often appear on the back of the 
warrant and are recorded in Land Office registers (microfilmed, but am 
not sure whether they are available on interlibrary loan)
