Eva Gregory published an article in the ASV
Quarterly Bulletin (Gregory, Eve S. 1978 How To
Plot Virginia Land Patent Boundary Descriptions.
ASVQB Vol. 32.3:56-60) which gave most of the
points, and I upgraded it later to include a few
more (Browning, Lyle E. 1990 Bearing Equivalent
Tables: Another Page In The Book. ASVQB Vol.
45.2:58-60). I have the bearings on an Excel
Spreadsheet if you'd like.
