Register now for the Association for Documentary Editing, 34th Annual Meeting, Documenting Democracy, in Charlottesville, Virginia, 9-11 August 2012.  

Join us for an opening night reception at the Monticello Visitor Center. Conference sessions will begin at 2pm on Thursday, August 9, and conclude at noon on Saturday, August 11, after which there will be an optional fieldtrip to Poplar Forest. 

The annual meeting will take place at the Omni Hotel, just steps from the restaurants and shops of Charlottesville’s downtown pedestrian mall. A block of rooms is reserved for conference attendees at a special rate, 9-10 August, with a much smaller block available for Wednesday, 8 Aug., and Saturday, 11 Aug. Hotel reservations must be made by 5pm EDT on July 18 to receive conference rate.
