Turns out the sequence I couldn't remember is straightforward:

Thanks to several folks at LVA who helped out - as always.

Really nifty stuff there, by the way.  We're toying with creating a
pedestrian bridge on a path near the Staunton River by scaling down the
original plan for 1820s highway bridge to maybe 1/3 size. . .
