     Thanks for the kind words. Before I could check my notes, Sara Bearss nailed the answer, so thanks to Sara. I will add only that representation in the Restored General Assembly was geographically and temporally fluid. Heightened Confederate activity in northern Virginia inevitably interfered with the Restored Government's activities, so a particular county might be represented with warm bodies one week and not the next. Particularly troublesome for the Restored Unionists/Republicans was that future Republican, John S. Mosby.
