I have found that you can get a really good color picture shot of a
tombstone when the sun is shining directly on the face of it. Make sure you
can read the stone through your lense and you will be able to read the stone
when you develop the picture. Or in the case of a digital picture, when you
upload it to your computer. Other people have suggested using those million
lumin flashlights in dark cemeteries, but I've never tried it.

I'm surprise that someone on the list didn't realize that most of us enjoy a
good tombstone hunt. LOL.
