Not that I know of.  All printed references I have seen list him as
Charles or Capt. Charles Wills.  Sometimes they misspell his name as
Wells or Willis but it is supposed to be Wills.  In a 1909 genealogy
newspaper article in Richmond it stated that the Wills name (spelled
that way) was nearly extinct by then.

Is it possible "CHARLES" was a middle name or not included in the rolls
properly under another Name. I.E. "John Charles Wills or C. Wills" ???
