The folks at Family Tree DNA are very helpful. They gave me a quick course on understanding DNA, and the markers. I am now biased towards them, because, not only are they thorough, but they keep your personal information confidential. Also, the price has now dropped to a comfortable $129.00.

USA Today ran an article about DNA on February 1st. I interviewed with the reporter, an he mentions me in the article. The DNA test I took was from Family Tree DNA and is a straight female line test.
