> I realise that people may consider me a foolhardy interloper
Judge Katz, I'm an amateur in Virginia regularly benefiting from the wisdom and knowledge of the professionals in this forum. If they consider me a foolhardy interloper, they're kind enough to conceal it. I was an onlooker to the discussion you recently inspired, and I enjoyed it. What a great thing that so many smart, learned people work so hard to build understanding of the past. Good luck with your scholarship.
