Next Friday and Saturday, September 30 and October 1, the William & Mary Lemon Project is hosting a meeting of the Universities Studying Slavery Consortium. Representatives will be here from Georgetown University, the University of Mississippi, Clemson University, Hollins University, the University of Virginia, the University of Georgia, and The University of the South, Sewanee. While lunch on Friday is closed, the public is welcome to attend the meeting.
