The official list of burgesses appears in _The General Assembly of Virginia, July 30, 1619-January 11, 1978_, compiled by Cynthia Miller Leonard (Richmond: Virginia State Library, 1978), 83-90. Members of the Council of State, 1619-1775, appear on p. xix-xxi as an alphabetic list.
The names of the Council who attended each session appear in _Executive Journals of the Council of Colonial Virginia, vol. V (November 1, 1739-May 7, 1754) (Richmond: Virginia State Library, 1967), and in vol. VI (June 20, 1754-May 3, 1775) (Richmond: V.S.L., 1966).
_Journals of the House of Burgesses, 1761-1765_ (1907)is online through Google Books. It also contain the names of Burgesses who attended each session.
