Please excuse any cross-postings.

Subject specialists who have written on the enslaved, slavery and the
material culture of bondage in the United States are needed to
contribute to an encyclopedia focusing on the material culture of
American slave life through the end of the Civil War.

Must be able to write to specification for a general audience and
adhere to deadlines.  Modest honorarium available.
