Saturday's To Be Sold conference was an extraordinary event. Excellent
presentations by top-notch scholars, stimulating Q & A involving audiences
in Richmond and New Orleans as well as participants online from all over
(including a question via Twitter from the UK) - and of course the
exhibitions at LVA and THNOC will be on view into the spring.  I learned a
lot - and extend my gratitude and congratulations to everyone involve in
making it happen.
