Lee papers are at UVA and also on microfilm in the DuPont Library at Stratford Hall.

Does anyone know anything about the provenance of this speech?  Richard Henry Lee (son) seems to be working from the papers of RH Lee (father).  Has the document survived in one of the various Lee family papers?

Many thanks for whatever assistance or insight you can offer!

Well wishes,
