Fairfax Circuit Court Historic Records is located in the Fairfax County
Historic Courthouse at 4000 Chain Bridge Road on the first floor in Suite
1600. We have records dating from the formation of Fairfax County in 1742
through the early 1900s. We are open from 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. (closed for
lunch 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m.) Monday through Friday. If you plan to bring a
cell phone or any photographic equipment with you on your visit to Historic
Records, please contact us at 703-246-4168 or
