The Sunday, Dec. 18, Charlottesville Daily Progress
(http://www2.dailyprogress.com/letters/) carried three Hemings-TJ letters,
including one by Jane Foster, whose late husband conducted the 1998 DNA
testing. Two of the letters have drawn online comments. The original op-ed,
reported earlier, now has 29. (Again I stipulate that I report this without
meaning to suggest or provoke any resumption of Hemings-TJ paternity
debating here in the Virginia History forum.) Thanks.
