Does anyone know of what became of the 1893-era proposed statue of Gen.
John Rogers Cooke which (according to a 1893 article in the NY Times) was
supposed to be done by the sculptor Frederick Moynihan (who did the* *J.E.B.
Stuart monument on Richmond's Monument Ave.)?

Any help you can provide would be much appreciated.

- Ray
