Mr. Ezell,

Below are links to two catalog records that are possible matches to the
report that you're looking for (assuming that your description is not an
exact title).

Neither of these are digitized, and it is highly unlikely that you will
find a digital copy unless some individual has scanned one and posted it to
the web.

I'll also check with one of my colleagues in state government publications
to see if I have missed anything.
