Michael L. Nicholls, who is Emeritus at Utah State University, found the source.  Other sent me to other interesting sources.  Thanks to all.  In case you are interested, here it is


Augustine Davis, Acts of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of VA passed at a gen assembly begun…on Monday the 1 Oct 1792 the operation of which was suspended by an act of the same session until the 1 Oct 1793. The title page lists place of publication as Richmond, Davis the state printer and what looks like MDCCXCIV
