Think revolving hotels are only meant for exotic locales? Think again. If Richmond architect Haigh Jamgochian had had his way, a revolving hotel would have been constructed in our very own Virginia Beach. Today, Out of the Box highlights Jamgochian's motorized model for the unbuilt Virginia Beach hotel.
