Virgilina's first town council minute book will arrive at the Library of Virginia next week where it will be preserved, reformatted, and stored for prosperity. Check out today's blog post to read about the bizarre turn of events that started with one woman's search for a coffin and ended with the volume's trip to Richmond where it will be conserved and made readily accessible to the public.
