This came across my email via another list. I thought it might be of interest to VA-Hist folks: Along w/the database mention, below, it includes: Lesson Plans - http://www.slavevoyages.org/tast/education/lesson-plans.faces We Resources - http://www.slavevoyages.org/tast/education/others.faces History of the Project - http://www.slavevoyages.org/tast/about/history.faces This just-opened and rather elaborate database (http://www.slavevoyages.org/tast/index.faces) has a number of interactive features, including the capacity to generate maps of the voyages: http://www.slavevoyages.org/tast/database/search.faces . I thought this might interest some on this list. The site was developed at Emory University, with a diverse backing, including the National Endowment for the Humanities, the W.E.B. Du Bois Institute at Harvard, and others. Joel K Diane Diane T.
