Mr . Burnett,

The Library of Virginia has no plans of which I know to digitize materials from 
other repositories in Virginia. Our digitization efforts are limited by necessity to 
our own collection. An exception of course is the CW150 Legacy Project which 
is a joint effort between the Library of Virginia and the Virginia 
Sesquicentennial of the American Civil War Commission. Good luck as you 
continue your research.
