Thanks to every one who replied to my query. If it is still in print, the
marketing strategy seems mysterious to me. It was not listed on the web
sites of Amazon or B&N, except as used books, nor did the gift shops of the
Library of Virginia, Jamestown APVA or Jamestown Settlement list it on their
Web sites, but of course I could be just not finding it. I finally was able
to purchase a copy from the Colonial Williamsburg gift shop.

I used if for research on a project through interlibrary loan, and it is
well worth owning.
